The Sunrise Family of Companies University (SFCU) is our state-of-the-art training program. Our university is committed to providing our employees with the knowledge, skills and qualities required to be successful in the constantly changing world of credit and collections.
Courses are taught by our highly experienced trainers as well as our Executive team. To further engage our employees, Personal Enrichment seminars are often taught by subject matter experts from the industry and/or community. SFCU courses are taught regularly, in person or via livestream. Courses are tailored to the needs of our company, clients and ad hoc industry trends.
All new hires in the Sunrise Family of Companies receive over 85 hours of initial training. All employees have attended at least one SFCU course and over 50% are SFCU certified!
